INTERVIEW
"Exit Interview," aims to create opportunities for diverse age groups and socioeconomic backgrounds to participate in the development and direction of a socially engaged project focused on love and healing.
On Saturday, October 7, 2023, Houston-based interdisciplinary artist, Sarah Sudhoff invites the Houston public to give voice to an unheard conversation they were either never given permission to or never had the opportunity to have with a romantic partner, loved one or even a stranger. Participants will be encouraged to discuss, read allowed or perform these intimate conversations in front of the artist Sarah Sudhoff. All conversations will be recorded at MATCH Box 2 located at 3400 Main St, Houston, TX 77002.
In 2024, "Exit Interview" will culminate in a site-specific exhibition including text, sound, and video installations to create an immersive and engaging multi-sensory exhibition. "Exit Interview" aims to embrace our collective humanity through shared humor, love, sadness, and perseverance. Through collaborations with local organizations, we hope to bring together our community through nurturing conversations and educational programming initiatives both online and in person.

Time: 9am-12pm
Location: MATCH Box 2 located at 3400 Main St, Houston, TX 77002
Time Slots: 10 minutes time slots. If you finish early, we will call the next person scheduled, so arrive early for your time slot. Walkups are allowed and will be taken after the reservations.
Meetings: Each conversation will happen one-on-one, inside the glass enclosure in front of Match Box 2. Those waiting for their time slot will wait outside the enclosure. While the conversations/interactions will be visible to the public during the event they will not overhear your conversation.
Documentation: Audio and video will be recorded for each conversation. By your presence at the event, you agree to be photographed and recorded.
